Who We Are
I Am Serving Generations Foundation Corporation (“IASG”) was incorporated on February 20, 2024, as a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, public charitable organization.

Founded by Daa’iyah Brice, an activist, humanitarian, philanthropist, visionary, leader and survivor, who has both practical experience and the education to lead the IASG Foundation. Our approach to helping the community involves not only applying practical principles to “teach, build and help all nations”, but also providing services, training and programs that deposit life skills to the entire family. We target all generations recognizing that each one will teach one and all age groups are vulnerable to social and economic changes—we provide them with the leadership needed towards a successful journey.
The idea behind IASG came in response to Georgia’s ever-increasing number of crimes after experiencing a home invasion in 2002 in Decatur, Georgia—I decided to jump into action when Dekalb County closed and suspended my case without an investigation. The county rose in crime as well as the surrounding Georgia cities and counties parishes—many are seeing disparity, and the loss of life. We need to ensure we are building our community to secure a bright future and to do so, “The IASG Foundation” is here to put the elements of sanity, support, safety and the love of life back together again. Our system includes presenting programs and services that aid the community in sustaining themselves, by doing so, they can be empowered and restored to self-sufficiency.

The Mission
The IASG Foundation encompasses all national origins, races, and religions who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to advocacy and social action. Our mission is to revitalize and collaborate with community members with the sole purpose of making all areas healthy, engaging, and serene for localities to thrive—by creating education using policies, strategies and mentorship that allows the development of craftmanship, value capacity and service skills.
The Vision
IASG provides referral services to families on the brink of destitution, homelessness and/or poverty.

IASG provides referral services to families on the brink of destitution, homelessness and/or poverty. We are called to help eradicate disparities globally, and within the United States of America, specializing in Georgia and its surrounding cities and counties by locating and equipping ambulatory families with the resources and skills to transition into self-sustained generations. We also envision building the ultimate life-long learning community for business owners and entrepreneurs focusing on Service, Innovation and Charitable work (“SIC”). We live with the motto “Don’t talk about being sick (SIC) and tired, get engaged, vital, energetic and create a dynamic of variation or modification by adjusting and revising the environment.”
By 2030, the IASG Foundation will expand our footprint and achieve financial stability.
We are an organization committed to promoting generosity, volunteerism, and selflessness as well as improving the community through the effective action and leadership of those trained participants. Our purpose is exclusively to advocate, collaborate and respond to the needs of the community with positive solutions for resolving those needs by assisting in improving the outcomes for underserved children and young adults.
